Federal Bank is looking for dynamic candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be hand-picked from our institution. They propose to conduct the campus recruitment process for students of our College who are pursuing the Final year / Semester of Post-Graduation in MBA/ M.Com / M.Sc / M.A (Economics) / MSW* during the current academic year (2021-22) for the role of Officer in Junior Management Grade I for Branch Banking Role.

Designation: Officer in Junior Management Grade I

Cost to Company
The Cost to Company per annum would be a minimum of ₹ 9.42 Lakhs and maximum of ₹ 12.56 Lakhs depending upon  the  place  of  posting and other factors. The Take Home Pay will be around ₹ 57,600 per month (exclusive of statutory deductions including income tax, profession tax etc.).

Location
Candidates selected for the post of Officer in Junior Management Grade I for Branch Banking Role shall be posted in any of the Branches/Offices and are liable to be transferred to any Branch/ Office of the Bank depending upon the administrative requirements.

Eligibility
-Candidates should have a minimum aggregate of 60% or above throughout in Class X, Class XII, Graduation and Post-Graduation examinations.

– Candidates should be completing Post-Graduation in the academic year 2021-22 within the minimum stipulated period of the course.

-As on date of the recruitment process conducted by the Bank, the candidate should have cleared all papers of previous years / semester of the qualifying examination with an aggregate of 60% and all the papers pertaining to the subsequent semester(s) should be cleared along with the results of the final year / semester examination. The
final year/semester examination should be cleared in the first chance itself.

-Candidates shall not exceed 27 years of age as on 01.06.2020 (Candidates should be born on or after 01.06.1995).
